📦 Shipping Methods & Times

We want your package to arrive as smoothly and quickly as possible, so here’s how our shipping works:

🚚 USA & Puerto Rico Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping method:

• USPS Ground Package – $5
  
  

*Please note: Shipping times don’t include our 2-3 business day processing time, that’s the time it takes us to carefully prepare your order before it ships out.

We have no control over carrier delivery times.*

🌍 International Shipping

At the moment we don’t offer international shipping. 

📦 Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your account on our website anytime to check your order status.

🏡 Changing Shipping Address

Once an order has been fulfilled, the shipping address can’t be changed. Our system automatically creates the label using the address entered at checkout. If an incorrect address was entered, additional shipping fees may apply. Please double-check your address before placing your order and remember to use both address lines if needed! 💌

💔 Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how important your order is to you, and we’ll always do our best to help. However, Siempre Valiosa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If this happens, please file a claim directly with USPS.
